Today I showed up at Georges Auto 5 minutes before they opened. (8am). Tilly, as usual, met me with a big smile and was ready to assist me. She could see I was very upset with my car was making loud noises and, as a senior citizen with absolutely no car knowledge, I felt very overwhelmed. Bottom line, it was just a flat tire. However, the customer service was way beyond I have ever experienced at any other car repair shop. How?? Tilly drove me, with the flat tire to Costco where I had my warranty. We waited for over an hour for the new tire, then headed back to Georges where the new tire was put on. My cost: nothing! Georges Auto truly care for the customers and goes out of their way to assure that we know that! Thank you, Tilly and Jess for your awesome customer service.
