Jess was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and she made me feel completely comfortable even though I don’t know much about cars. She took the time to explain things to me without making me feel overwhelmed and even looked things up to help my situation, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find an auto shop where you genuinely feel like you can trust the person working on your vehicle, but I absolutely felt that i could trust everything here. On top of the amazing customer service, the prices were reasonable and within my budget, which was a huge plus. I am HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending George’s Auto Care! If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, helpful shop where you’ll be treated with respect, definitely give them a try. I’m so thankful I found them! ❤️🚗

I made an appointment to have my brakes done and I was able to pick my car up by 2 that afternoon. What a difference new brakes are! All staff are warm, kind and ......did I mention, Friendly! The best part is that they are all very knowledgeable and I feel that they actually care about my safety and pocketbook. This auto shop is five star. Friendly, informed, treats you like a valued customer. Front desk explains things in detail and gives you approximate costs. They are HONEST all the way. Love them and their work. Very happy with the service on both of our vehicles.

I was able to get in reasonably quick when calling. Then from the check in to the pick up communication was great. Everyone was very friendly. I was very happy with the service provided to me.
